Helen woke up several times last night with a stuffy nose. When we picked her up from daycare today, it was clear that she and her fellow diaper brigade all shared one thing in common. The runny nose. And upon checking, via several discrete locations, she had a mild low fever. She doesn't seem to be feeling too bad, just some low whimpering, sniffles, and sneezes every so often. It's good that I've become so adept at the use of the blue bulb to suck that stuff out. Oh, and we made a quick trip to our local baby store to get a humidifier, just in case. So even with the cool vapors and soft whirring of the new machine, we're still expecting a sleepless night. Wish us luck!

Fever!
I suppose it is inevitable. If in daycare, then sickness will follow.
