Labor???

Well, I think I might actually be in labor. I've prayed and prayed for Helen to bring on the pain, and it appears as though she is obliging. I've been having crampy-like pains all day. Nothing bad or regular. Around 4, I got the first really painful contraction. Since then, they have been coming every 15 minutes or so. Lately, it seems like they are coming on faster.

Alan actually just returned home from work, so I was suffering alone for a while. Of course, it's probably better for me to be alone when in pain because as expected I'm very mean!
